Privacy Policy

This site is the personal portfolio of Marija Maneva, who is responsible for the data described here. For any question or request about your data, write to marijamaneva99@gmail.com.

The chat on this site is an AI assistant that answers questions about my career. When you use it, the messages you write are sent to OpenAI to generate the replies. The conversation is not stored by this site: it lives in your browser tab and is gone when you close or reload the page.

I receive a notification (through the Pushover service) with the first message of each conversation, with questions the assistant couldn't answer, and with any contact details you choose to share in the chat, such as your name and email address. I use these only to reply to you and to improve the assistant.

If you ask to book a call, the assistant checks when I'm free in my Google Calendar and offers you some times. It only reads whether I'm busy or free, never the content of my calendar, and it never accesses yours.

To request a call you give your name, email address, the time you chose and a short topic. This is sent to me for approval. If I confirm it, an event with these details is created in my Google Calendar and Google sends you an invitation with a Google Meet link. The data is kept in my calendar for as long as the event exists, and I delete it on request.

The Google Calendar connection is used only by me, on my own calendar: to read free and busy times and to create the events I confirm. This data is not shared, sold or used for anything else, including advertising or training AI models. The use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The site is hosted on Vercel. The services that process data on my behalf are OpenAI (chat replies), Pushover (notifications to me) and Google (calendar and invitations). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

This site doesn't use cookies for tracking or advertising, and doesn't use analytics.

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the data you shared, for example your email address or a booking. Write to marijamaneva99@gmail.comand I'll handle it promptly.
